Lee is great and unbelievably helpful. We had been trying for 3 months to get a new chest freezer. Finally found one at Menards but they don't deliver to the basement and don't haul away. Called Lee and explained my situation and he was great. He picked up the new freezer at the store and unpacked and took it to the basement. Then removed the broken freezer. Can't thank him enough

Ask them to come and take some old landscaping edge lumber and some palletes. Ended up having them take an old freezer too. Very inexpensive, personable, professional and polite. I'll be calling them again if I ever compile enough stuff to get rid of.
