 + -1 morethey were quick to get the job done. I didnt expect is complete till friday. but they were done late wednesduay (same say I called) I stopped thursday morning and signed needed paperwork.
Description of Work: quit claim deed. ex husband was put on my deed by my mortgage and he needed to be removed so I could refinance

 + -1 moreIt is a small privately owned company. The cost for their services was included in our closing cost. I have no idea what it was because the seller paid for that but I would guess, it was probably an average price. Our title agent and his secretary were very friendly. The office had a very local feel to it. They made an effort to make sure that our paperwork was taken over the courthouse on time, because we were on a time crunch as the court only accepts title transfer requests on certain hours and they got it done that day, so there was no delay on the close.
Description of Work: I used Conway Land Title Co. to purchase our house that we are in right now. They did the transfer of the tile and reassigned some of the loan papers with them.
