About 15 months has passed since the initial visit and he has still not found a replacement radiator for me or offered any kind of a replacement.
He was returning my phone calls up to a point and telling me he had not found anything, but, more recently, has not returned any of my calls for the past 4 months. I have left a number of messages, but he will not return the calls to give me an update or a solution to the issue. Any kind of a response would be helpful instead of not responding at all.

After trying to work with another company for10 days, we joined Angie’s List. Scott responded right away and gave us a quote. He got the part in within a couple of days and did the repair. He was responsive and reasonably price. It was great to work with him.
