My wife brought our 2011 Terrain in for an oil change. She was told that the vehicle required an anti-freeze flush and transmission service. She was told we were two years overdue for the anti-freeze flush. Given that we service our vehicle regularly, at Classic GMC Painesville, I was astonished to hear that we had missed this service, and for such a significant amount of time. My wife went ahead and had the oil changed and the anti-freeze flush service done. This was on Wednesday, 5/23. I did not use the car on 5/24. I drove to work and back on 5/25 - a total of 14 miles. When we went to use the car today, we suddenly started receiving warning bells messages in the driver information center that the vehicle was overheating, that we needed to let it run idle, and that the A/C had to be automatically shut-down to prevent overheating. In addition the Temperature gauge was rapidly running from Midway between C and H up to H, back towards C, and up to H again. I am extremely suspicious of this overheating considering I just had the recommended, supposedly overdue anti-freeze flush performed at this dealership. This is not the first time I've had issues arise related directly to service just performed, by this dealership, on this vehicle. I have had several instances where services were performed, and required resets of gauges and/or monitors were not completed. I have also experienced services left incomplete, or not performed at all, while being assured by a service technician that they were complete. I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I had issues with my last oil change and service. We gave this dealership one more chance, and once again, they appear not to have done the work correctly and or completely. My wife left a message with the dealership. I expect them to remedy this situation immediately. I further expect a full refund on a service which was expensive, and does not seem to have been done in a proper manner. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent. We bought our car from them. The service is under warranty. They're very professional, on time and the service is great. It usually takes a half hour. The waiting area is nice. They always do a good job, prompt, on time, and reasonable.

They replaced the whole unit. We have a plug in the back for regular outlet. My wife has one of those breathing machines we always plug in. We were able to plug it on our old KDF but the new KDF,we are not not able. They checked and found out the problem. I can purchase a voltage unit from home depot but I am happy with what they did. I trust him and he is excellent. When I told him we have a small leak in the garage, he did not complain. He came out and looked at it.

They were very upfront, very thoughtful and did everything they could to please me. We had a couple of problems with the financing and they ironed them all out to my satisfaction.

An appointment was made the prior week for an oil change. The scheduled start was 8:15 AM Thursday 8/22/2014.

I was there a few minutes early but had to wait to check-in. After 45 minutes in the waiting room I saw my vehicle back at the front door. When I asked if the job was complete I was told that they had not yet started. Management in the front office blew me off, and quot;offering to help me find my car.and quot; I told them I knew where it was but needed someone to do the job as it was going on an hour late by then.

Very pleased wit the service at this GMC dealer. Had never bought a GMC before. Took my car in for service and they always get me in the same or next day and provide me a ride to and from work if I have to leave the car. I also had a minor problem with the sunroof on my and quot;newand quot; GMC (about a year old) and they fixed it at no charge. They also wash my car before i pick it up as a courtesy. I have been very pleased with my experience - this is how a dealer service shop should operate.
