carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreI don't know if they have gone through ownership or management changes but this company is not worth hiring. They are untrustworthy to say the least.
Description of Work: I started service with Cintas in 2007. Once a week they would come to my business and exchange the area rugs in the lobby. I was very happy with their service until recently when they instituted a 25% price increase without notice. Per our contract, we attempted numerous times to contact them about the price increase. All of our calls and 2 certified letters went unanswered. We changed service providers and THEN Cintas contacted us. We still tried to settle things but they just kept saying that they never received letters or phone calls. We had to use lawyers to settle.

They were professional and courteous. The uniforms are great, but it did take 3 weeks to receive them.
Description of Work: They provide our uniforms and door mats.
