Founded on the belief of integrity and hard work, Better Homes Home Improvement prides itself on quality work and has been business for 20 years. Because we have little to no overhead, we are able to keep our prices reasonable and we will even beat our competitors. The owner is hands on and is present and working on the job site at all times. Our company is small in size and will treat each customer like they're the only one they have. We strive for excellence in craftsmanship and have hundreds of repeated clients who are more than willing to provide references, if needed. We have three employees and will use subcontractors, with long time subs we used for years on bigger jobs. We give free estimates and are bonded and insured. We will help you in any way we can to make your project go smooth and easy.

My experience was great!  Andy was very thorough from start to finish with the project.  He made sure we were included on all the details and the work was done very professionally.  His drywall patching is the best I have ever seen.  His carpentry was very precise with an eye for detail.  When he was done the window looked like it has always been there.  I am definitely using him soon on my garage addition and terrace remodel.

I don't remember how much that cost. He was there personally every day on the job. He didn't just send his sub-contractors. That was comforting because he really was managing the job and not just sending strangers to my house to do it. I liked that a lot. He was very creative. The first job with him was a very large job. It was the addition for an outdoor patio porch and he was very good with thinking on his feet. He could change directions quickly if he had a better idea. He was very flexible and easy to work with. He never gouged us on price. He was very price conscious and sensitive. He would be my first choice for any work I needed done in the future.

I FOUND ANDY LINO AND DAN (WHO DID MOST OF THE WORK TOGETHER) HONEST, COOPERATIVE, EXTREMELY CAPABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO WILLING TO DISCUSS, SUGGEST, AND HELP WITH MY SPECIAL NEEDS AS A DISABLED PERSON, DOING MUCH CUSTOM AND SPECIAL WORK ON MY BEHALF. ANDY AND DAN ARE NOT ONLY EXCELLENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WORKERS, BUT ARE ALSO FINE INDIVIDUALS WHO I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE FOR ANY OTHER JOB. THE INITIAL QUOTED PRICE WAS NOT THE LOWEST OF ALL THE ESTIMATES, BUT THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, ATTITUDE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND QUALITY OF WORK MADE ME GLAD THAT I CHOSE THEM FOR THE JOB.

ANDY IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE IS COURTEOUS AND I COMPLETELY TRUST HIM AND HIS CREW IN MY HOME, EVEN IF I'M NOT THERE. IT WAS A VERY BIG JOB AS THE KITCHEN WAS COMPLETELY GUTTED. HE DID ALL NEW INSULATION IN THE WALLS, NEW DRY WALL, NEW ELECTRICAL, NEW CEILING, ETC. HE CAME AND STARTED THE JOB WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. IT TOOK 7+ WEEKS, WHICH WAS A COUPLE WEEKS LONGER THAN HE ORIGINALLY SAID IT WOULD TAKE. HOWEVER, HIS WORK IS VERY GOOD!

ANDY IS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY - INSTALLING A CEILING FAN, MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, ADDING ELECTRICITY TO ANOTHER BATHROOM, ETC. THAT WAS BEYOND THE SCOPE OF MY CONTRACT. HE RETURNED EVERY PHONE CALL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION. I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE SATISFIED WITH A CONTRACTOR AND WILL USE HIM TO DO OTHER REMODELING PROJECTS I HAVE PLANNED.
