Service Tech "Joe" came out the day after I called for service. Appreciated rapid response! He located the source of the leak on my LG front loader HE washing machine. The part was not available that day but he returned the next day as promised and replaced the hot water valve. Washer is up and running perfectly!

Our 1989 Maytag washer was leaking from the top left seam when filling on Hot or Warm setting. I called Lake County Appliance Service and a left message. Received followup call within two hours and made an appointment. Mr. Armao called before arriving within the 2-hour window that was quoted to me. He found two problems and was able to fix both quickly and efficiently. He is extremely professional yet very approachable. I will continue to call him for all appliance repair since all our appliances are the same age.
