Kellin Inc

I watched David Stark, who owns Kellin Inc., as he repaired a poured-foundation wall in my basement and I was completely impressed. He knows his business, does painstakingly accurate and complete work and he stands behind it.I have had more encounters in my life than I would like with shoddy contractors and crafts people. It’s always refreshing when I find one who I can happily endorse to others. Dave is a person I can enthusiastically recommend.

I called Kellin Inc. on Sunday morning due to a leaking foundation wall after a lot of rain fell at a rental property of mine.  I was surprised, but happy, that Kellin Inc. answered the phone on a Sunday morning.  They proceeded to ask me several questions about the leak and crack.  After determining that they could repair the crack an appointment was set up for the following morning.  Kellin Inc arrived promptly at the scheduled time and we reviewed the work to be done on the leaking crack.  I also asked them to fill 2 additional cracks while they were there.  They got to work quickly and in about 2 hours time, all 3 cracks were filled and they were packing up.  I am very happy with their service and the warranty that comes with the work and will call Kellin Inc. again in the future should I have any more cracks to fill. 

They did their job and they came out right away. I didn't have to mop up the basement anymore. They were very reasonable for what they did

We had a crack in our basement wall that leaks when it rains. The previous homeowners had a company (dont know who) fix it prior to us buying the house. It did not hold. We tried a crack repair caulk our selves and it did not work either. This company was willing to come out and look at the crack to get an accurate assessment of the problem and give a real quote. Other companies waned to give us generic prices over the phone. They were very professional, worked meticulously to clean out the crack prior to patching and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We also got a 5 year warranty. In the last 3 months since the repair and It has been rainy and snowing quite a bit and we have had no leaks or wetness at.

I'm not getting any water in the basement so I guess it worked. I only used them once and I no longer have a leak. They did what they said they were going to do. He was nice.
