Doug did a great job.  I am very satisfied with his services.

He did an excellent job. He did more than expected. He inspected the roof and found problems that he fixed that will save us money in the future. The roof now looks great and the gutters are draining the water well off of the roof. He was great to work with. He did extra work like cleaning our side walk. He was extremely reliable. The work was a good value.

He was no different than other providers in terms of what he offered and the price he quoted us.  I basically trusted him more so I went with him.  Nice guy who did a good job and I would use him again.

Doug provided a written estimate of each service performed, and was paid after the rendering of each service.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work.  He did an excellent job with the roof cleaning.  All of the black mold stains are gone, and the
roof looks fresh and renewed.  Doug also replaced some rusted roof valleys, and painted the valley's to match the roof.  Overall I would highly recommend Doug and the roofing services he provides.

Came out the next day to give quote but was a week later than scheduled date to start work. Did a good job and also replaced some damaged shingles for us besides cleaning the black mold off the roof. Overall did a good job.

Doug returned my initial call in 24 hours, and was out for a price quote the next day.  When I accepted his proposal, he began the work, and came back a few days later to finish the job. When Doug was on the roof, he took time to tell me about some issues,
and he helped me address them.  All legitimate issues needing attention.  Doug is everything you want in a contractor. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and an all-around great guy and contractor.
The roof and siding are now very clean - I had no idea how dirty everything had become in the 12 years since the house was built.

What a pleasure to work with a company that shows up on time, does what they say they are going to do are nice to you.  Doug was very quick to give an estimate.  He promptly scheduled my job and showed up when scheduled.

Doug was very prompt at returning calls and coming by to provide an estimate.   His estimate was less than half the cost of the estimate from another provider.  He did a fantastic job and completed the job earlier than he promised.  He used a plant friendly oxygen based product that was safe for the environment.  He applied the product and then returned a week later to rinse and clean the whole roof.  He also did a great job of cleaning up the deck, walks and windows after he finished.  Finally, he returned one final time to inspect the rood and make sure I was satisfied with the job.  I was absolutely satisfied as the roof looks brand new!!  Excellence service and a great job at a very reasonable price compared to competitors in the area.  I would highly recommend Doug.

Doug was extremely professional - quick and efficient - roof looks great! In addition I had asked him to look at a couple bad spots he was able to seal the shingles while he was up there that was really helpful!

Doug was wonderful to work with. My roof was very streaked and the valleys were rusty. Doug was very professional. The job was done in three steps. Doug came when he said he would and the roof looks brand new. I would highly recommend him!

It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Webb went above and beyond doing more than expected. He pointed out items that would help our roof last longer and look better. We were under a time constraint and Doug worked on Sunday and evenings to get the job done. His clean up was teriffic too. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent. I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Webb for a cost estimate. The moss and black streaks on my roof had built up over ten years while the mildew problem on the front of the house is a recent problem. He showed on time, was thoroughly professional, and honest (I live in a nice neighborhood & get tired of 'nice neighborhood-higher estimate' effects--this was not the case with Mr. Webb). He was upfront about how long the treatment would last---two to three years--and also indicated that follow-up treatment was less costly because, unlike the initial treatment which requires cleaning/scrubbing the roof several days after spraying, follow-up treatments only require spraying treatment on the roof. After the initial treatment (it takes a day for the treatment to kill the moss and fungus), he returned to clean the roof and treat the mildew on the front side of the house. He is on my HIGHLY recommend list.
