When I called to make the appointment to have my fireplace cleaned, I asked the price. I was told $89.00, and that was what I was charged. Matt arrived promptly, checked everything out on my fireplace to make sure it was in good working order, and thoroughly cleaned it. My gas fireplace is 15 years old, and had never had any service prior to this. It had gotten a white snow looking substance on the logs, and that is why I called him. He said that it was from dog hair and dust being burned. It did have an odd smell for a while, especially when first turning it on, but I new it wasn't a gas smell. Since he cleaned it, that odor is gone. He was a very nice man. I am extremely pleased with this company, and with Matt, and would call them again.

Professional, identified problem quickly, told us what it was, fixed it, described what he had done and gave us advice to prevent it happening again. Couldn't have done anything better!

Matt arrived on time, was very quick in running the line and cleaned up after himself. He had to drill through the floor of the fireplace
to run the gas. Then put in our new logs and front door. One thing I liked about Matt was he could give me an estimate over the phone. Two other places I called wanted to do an in house estimate the cost for those companies were $65.00 and $90.00. The one guy gave me an estimate (after I paid the $65.) of $475.00 to only run the gas line. I used Matt in 2007 to do the same job in my old house and he did a great job there also.
