Micah was a good listener as I described prior history of work done in bathroom, and my speculation about what might be going on. Leak #1 was observed through an access panel to be coming from the tub spout - removal of spout revealed a crack in plastic threads of tub spout. A replacement spout wasn't available locally, and I suggested that I would source and install a replacement myself. After carefully cutting a relatively small hole in stained ceiling wallboard, leak #2 was determined to be coming from the toilet flange I had previously set myself. The entire flange was off plumb from original construction which I had noticed at the time, and replacement would have been a big job. Again, we brainstormed, and since I may remodel that bathroom in the future, Micah was confident he could successfully re-set the toilet, which he did. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process, arriving at solutions best-suited to the way I preferred to proceed. Based on this experience, I would always call Bartow first in the future.

The plumber arrived 1/2 hour late. He seemed a bit uncertain, himself, on just how to do the job. What I thought would be a fairly simple job, took more than an hour. 

They were very prompt. The communication was excellent.

Dan and his son were thorough, thoughtful, efficient, and cleaned up perfectly. When our low-flush toilet failed, my search at local hardware stores resulted in dead ends. Bartow came and determined that replacements for the broken pieces were not directly available - the company had an improved version. Bartow tracked down where the replacement parts were available, travelled to the outlet site, got and installed the parts. Our previously noisy (and broken) toilet is now wonderfully quiet and fully functional.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. Tech showed up on time, found and repaired the leak in one stop. I would definitely use them again.

He is very reliable and knows his work. He is trustworthy and stands by his work. He treats people right and his prices are reliable. He doesn't need to advertise because people know him.
