I found them through Angie’s List. She does a good job. I am very happy to sort of adjust them, and I feel like the rollers need adjusting after they have been up in use a couple of times, and she is happy to do that. I have had a lot of things done by her, and she is doing more things at the moment. I am quite happy with what she is doing. I would recommend her to others. If she has got some other jobs on I am quite happy to wait because I don’t use them during the summer anyways. The price is not so expensive, but not too cheap. Sometimes it’s a little difficult to get a hold of her.  He is very good with ideas and suggesting different things, and if it’s not to my liking then she is happy to change it.

The chair looked perfect at the shop, but when I got it home I noticed that there were problems with the back of the chair -- studs were not evenly spaced, studs were coming out, and a seam was separating.  The chair sits in front of a sewing machine with its back more visible than its front.  I would like Elaine to look at the chair and see what can be done to fix the problems, but she has not called me back on this issue.  I have called her at least 6 times since April 21, 2011.  This gives me the impression that she does not stand behind her work.

She put new foam in some cushions for me and did some repair work on my couch. The couch was sagging on one end and she put some webbing on the bottom to give it more support.

The work output was good. The overall experience of working with her was good. Her workshop is very dingy, cluttered and not very appealing; I don?t think customers should be put off by that.
