We have about 25 employees and we are locally owned and operated. We have been under new ownership and management since 2011. We accept all major credit cards, check, PO's, and cash.

CRUISE CONTROL NOT WORKING PROPERLY.  SAID THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM IN THE ELECTRONICS BETWEEN THE NEW SIX SPEED TRANSMISSION AND THE ACTIVE FUEL MANAGEMENT ENGINE.  GM IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT THE FACTORY HAS NO FIX.  PUT MY MIND AT EASE AS I THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION

I bought a used 2007 Chrysler Town and Country with a little over 70,000 miles on it. The salesman (Eric, don't remember his last name) was very helpful with showing me a selection of vehicles in my price range. He didn't try to sell me one vehicle he showed me a few. He didn't hassle me, or swindle me. In fact he went above and beyond to get me a better deal than was marked on the vehicle. The only complaint I did have was after I bought the vehicle I noticed a couple of very small chips in the windshield. I was told that they have a repairman just for window cracks and chips but that he only came in once a week so they would call me to schedule me when they got a hold of him. A week later I still had not heard anything. So I gave them a call again, and again i was told the same and waited another two weeks before i got upset and called back demanding that it was fixed right away. They scheduled me the next day and gave me a replacement vehicle until my windshield was repaired. Overall i was pleased with there services (obviously other than the runaround with the windshield) My family is very happy and I couldn't be happier either. We love our new van!

We do have a gentleman who does come in but we do not usually have a whole lot of windshield work for him to do. He stops in every couple of weeks unless we ask him to come in for a certain vehicle. It should have been handled properly the first time and I do apologize for that mistake on our end. We hope that you are still happy with your purchase [member name removed]!"
