Great Job! Joe and his team were referred to us by a trusted friend and although NBR was busy with multiple jobs, they were able to help us quickly. They helped us accelerate are custom order, plan out a phased remediation, and then push supplies to provide accurate updates on deliver dates. Not only did he professionally manage the installation and construction, he helped us pick out the right materials / door; proactively showed us the damage and offer options; and helped us with our insurance company to make things right. NBR was slightly more expensive than another provider we looked at, but Joe Nichols and his team did a very thorough job and our final results were amazing. We get compliments on the final product every week, and we are able to enjoy quality product knowing no corners were cut. Thanks Joe and Team!! Great Job.

They did beautiful work, were there when they said they would be, and their price was quite reasonable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I keep getting reminders to write a review of Northwest, which I did last fall, but it must not have stuck and I feel they are well worth reviewing.  I did A LOT of research and actually started talking to them about a low-end window they advertised at the home show.    Joe Nichols steered me toward the Cambridge window.  I looked at them in their showroom and on several homes.  One of my biggest concerns was structural integrity as our windows are fairly large, and I looked at the local manufacturer whose owner prides himself on the sturdiness of the window.  The Cambridge was the closest I could find to those windows.  Aesthetically, they look infinitely better, have a better sill drain design, same warranty, and they were installed for ONE HALF  of the "35% off cost" from the guy on TV.  (And I don't want to slam these windows; we put in their precursors in a previous home and were very satisfied, but their cost at that time was competitive.)

The windows are great.  I didn't expect much energy saving as they replaced windows that were fairly efficient, but were builder grade 20 year-old windows that were falling apart.  We couldn't believe the difference in noise reduction and we have saved several hundred dollars in utility bills

Joe was very professional to work with. He talked through all the options with me and was very flexible.   The installers were very careful, neat, and knowledgeable.  I went over the installation with a fine tooth comb and found a couple of latches not working correctly.  Parts were ordered for these immediately and problem was solved. We had a little trouble getting this scheduled, but any fault for delay was partly  mine.

I recommend them highly as a contractor and the windows themselves.

Northwest Building's price and work was excellent. The window itself was B grade. But they followed up well after the work was done. The finished product looks nice.

After meeting with several reputable vendors, we settled on Joe and NBR for the value and strong word-of-mouth recommendations we received (we were especially satisfied with their straightforward manner--we didn't feel that they were trying to be slick salesmen). Joe was very understanding in working around our difficult schedules, and the employees who performed the work were very professional. So far, we are very pleased with our energy-efficient windows. We will be requesting one adjustment, and they need to come back to install a lock they forgot about, but we anticipate no problems in getting these items done.
