Everything went well.  They picked up the car in the morning and delivered it back to me in the afternoon.  My transmission still slips but I don't think its something the maintenence could fix at this point.  They are always very thorough, helpful and professional and I would use them again.  It's great to use a local auto mechanic as oppose to a big chain.

Excellent service all-around! AIS provided free transportation back to my house and dropped off the car when the work was completed. They are out in the country but well worth the drive. Good service, knowledgeable technicians, friendly staff. Prices were well within line with other providers but the personal service exceeds most others.

We have used AIS in the past, and for the most part, were happy with their service. Several months ago we needed service, and at completion found out the bill was a fair amount higher than the estimate. We eventually got that worked out and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, since we had been satisfied with their work in the past. About two weeks ago we were given an estimate on servicing our air conditioner of $420.00. We didn't have the money at the time, so we told them that we would call them when we did. We called them on 6/10/2014 to make arrangements to have the work done on 6/12/2014. We also told them that we wanted to confirm the estimate because of the discrepancy the previous time. They had no record of the estimate, but said that we could start fresh and they would give us a new estimate. The new estimate had magically turned into $545.00. Needless to say, we will no longer be doing business with AIS. Now begins the search, for the fourth time since moving to this area, for an honest mechanic.

I called on the day of service they got me in asap. I took the car to them and because I live close they brought me home. When the car was finished they called, came and got me. Had I lived farther away I would have waited for the car. I do know they would have set up a time come and got the car and brought it back to me if I wanted. Great job. Thank You!
I thought I had already sent this review to Angies List but don't find it. Thus I am re-submitting it because this is a trust worthy company and I feel people need to know about them.

The service was for oil change. The price had additional services included, including tire rotation. This was great and I was pleased. They brought me home while they worked on my car and would have come and got it and returned it to me if I had chose to do so. I would and have recommended them to others. Everyone I have had contact when there have been pleasant to work with and answer my questions to my sadisfation, from the owner (CEO) on down.

It went very well. They are all really friendly and thorough employees. They send me coupons and Christmas cards in the mail around the holidays. I was very satisfied with the work that they did.

Auto Inspection Services is great. I had them inspect many cars I bought and they have repaired some of them. Jim the owner is great. He can tell you things about a car you would have never known. The auto inspection is very reasonable and he prepares a detailed report. Auto Inspection Services is hidden back behind a house out in country near Marysville.
