All the work went excellent.Alan is a very precise,hardworking contractor who sticks to a time table.He arrives early and works non-stop all day.He is a craftsman in every sense of the word and takes pride in all that he does.He is honest in his pricing and a pleasure to do business with.OH--he is the cleanest contractor I have ever worked with.Every night before he leaves the work area is clean, safe and secure.
Description of Work: Take out old family room paneling and ceiling,take out a wall. Construct new family room---insulate walls & ceiling space,install lighting & drywall,build book cases & fireplace mantel and install all new wood trim, stain and varnish all wood
