"Due to scheduling we require an appointment. We make them for every Fri. of the month. We then inspect the mattress at our facility. In most cases the mattress is repaired at little or no cost. As stated in the warranty it's the consumer's responsibility for transportation. We don't charge a fee for transportation since we don't pick up any product for repair. Our records show the retailer brought this mattress back for repair. The 1st time we found a 3/4" impression. Our warranty states there must be a 1-1 1/2" impression. However, we repaired the mattress by adding new latex. When the mattress was brought back for the 2nd time, we weren't informed of whose mattress it was. We did observe a stain on the mattress. Due to a state law, we aren't permitted to bring any product into our facility that contains a stain for sanitary purposes. This law is to guarantee the cleanliness of our products. In our warranty a stain will make the warranty null & void. I am sorry for this person's dissatisfaction. In my investigation of how our company handled his complaint, we tried our best to satisfy this individual with the knowledge we were given from our customer, the retailer from who he purchased the mattress set from. We pride ourselves on our record of producing quality products & the manner in which we stand behind our product.
