TILE DYNAMICS

Chris, the contact, was a nice guy and did a good job. He presented himself well. The estimate was fair. He did the work just as we had asked. He wasn't very timely but he did good work on the tile.

Chris was polite, punctual and professional from the first time I spoke with him on the phone to the last time I spoke with him about finishing up our project. He worked with my schedule to give an estimate the day after I first contacted him and emailed me an estimate a few days later. He estimated to the best of his ability how long the project would take, and when it ran longer due to circumstances out of his control, he stayed late several days and even came in before 6 am one day to finish, so that other work I had scheduled could stay on track. He listened and responded to my concerns and requests. The finished product looks beautiful. It was a pleasure to meet and work with him. I am a perfectionist with unrealistically high expectations and Chris was able to meet them. If you knew me, you would know what a strong statement that is!

I would like to adopt him. He is articulate and intelligent young man. He is artistic and a perfectionist. He is polite and charming. He did a perfect job on my tile work.
