Serpentini Chevrolet Pontiac

Found out that my subframe on my car was cracked and breaking took it to Serpentini's in Orrville the salesman was there to greet us the moment we got out of the vehicle. We showed him the cracked subframe (which you could plainly see by turning the tire outward) He took the car to the service man who claims he told his service tech that we heard a knock in the front end tell me what's wrong with it. They told me the bushings were bad (which I already knew because that caused the crack) needed new tire rods and some other stuff that totaled over $500. When I got it back we checked the frame the crack was still there and they blamed me because since I told them that I knew my bushings were bad that is why they just fixed the bushing and not the subframe. However you had to put the nuts of the bushings exactly on top of the crack. They wanted me to pay another $500 to fix the subframe for parts and labor. However they missed it they even had one of their mechanics said so. They refused to do the right thing and fix their mistake because it was my fault. My fault the mechanic did not see the crack. When they sold me the car 2 years earlier they promised me a solid vehicle, all I've had is problems will never go back even to purchase a car.

Great! Took a little longer than I wanted it too but it's not exactly a Jiffy Lube. My cost was 0$ due to having purchased the vehicle through Serpentini and taking part in their maintenance plan.

WE paid for a complete Service Contract at the time we purchased our new vehicle on 8/18/2011. Therefore, all oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and any other repairs are covered under that Service Contract. [I highly recommend the Full Service Contract].

Serpentini provides great customer service. They are connected with our ON-STAR Automobile diagnostics report. Whenever service is needed i.e. oil change, low tire pressure, factory service work, part-replacement, or service of any internal system, they contact me first via email. Then they follow up with a telephone call. When I arrive at the appointed time, they offer free WiiFii, refreshments, comfortable chairs with work tables for laptops. My and quot;wait-timeand quot; is always shorter than I expect. They explain fully the work completed. They affirm the Full Service Contract. And they wash my car before they send me home. Their customer service is intentional, pro-active, and professionally sound in the car care and maintenance they provide. I recommend them often to people - who do not necessarily own a Chevrolet.

He did not try forcefully to and quot;get a sale.and quot; He allowed us time to decide away from the dealership. He brought in the Eco model from another location - to help us with our decision. His understanding of the new vehicle was first-hand - because he drove the same model of this car himself. Serpentini chevy ran the tests on my 2005 chevy colorado. They told me that i needed a new throttle body and an up stream and lower stream oxygen sensors. They said that they would replace those items for around 600.00 dollars. I told them that i would get the parts and do it myself. It cost me around 250.00 dollars for the parts. They said that after i replaced the parts i would have to bring the truck back to them so that the new throttle body could learn the fuel system. After they got the truck to learn the fuel system it still had the same problem. They told me that i would have to have cylinder head work done because my head had bad valves or valve seats.They said that it would cost around 2500.00 dollars. There was no way i could afford that amount. So after paying my truck payments for 3 months that i couldn't i drive i talked to a guy who told me to run a compression test on all of my cylinders to see if i had good compression. i did the tests found out i had really good compression he said that he didn't think that it was the cylinder head. He told me to try testing my coils.I did. I found that no matter what coil i moved around i got 2 cylinders that wouldn't work. The guy told me that he thought that i had an electrical problem. I found a guy that said he would run a complete diagnostics on my truck if i could get it to him. I't cost me 70.00 dollars to get it to him. H e called me the next day told me my truck was fixed. I couldn't believe it.He found that my PCM-RELAY was bad. He replaced the relay and told me that was the problem. Went to pick my truck up was amazed that my truck was driveable again for 100.00 dollars (parts labor and diagnostic) FINALLY !!!!!!!!! SO after 3 mos. of truck payments parts that i most likely didn't need and all the frustration that goes along with it i got my truck back... I'M SO HAPPY...... The entire problem all along was a 40.00 dollar relay.........
