Brown's Furniture Store

I contacted the store and asked about getting my couch repaired.  It had broken due to a manufacturers defect.  Keep in mind that I did not have a sales receipt and of course it had been several years since I made the original purpose.  Low and behold they actually had a record of the sale in their database.  They were very courteous and helpful about the situation.  They did not ask me to buy a new couch.  They said that they could order repair parts and install them for a nominal fee so I opted for that.  Marv the store repairmen ordered the parts and scheduled the appointment which was quickly made and promptly kept.  He came to our house and made the repair of the broken part and also replaced the same part on the other side of the couch. He was very professional and friendly and completed the repair so that the couch is now functioning better than ever.  In addition to the replacing the defective manufacturer's parts he also added some stuffing to the couch backs at no charge.  In fact the whole visit was free.  I recommend this store to anyone interested in obtaining furniture from a reputable company with long term commitments to their customers.
