Immediately after completion of the work, chipping of the concrete occurred along 2-inch "step" they constructed on entering the garage. Also, the concrete became miscolored on all surfaces of the garage and sidewalk, which appears like poor workmanship. Most importantly, the 2-inch step they added is a tripping hazard and friends and neighbors are constantly tripping over it. We are concerned that injuries may result. Also, I have a difficult time getting my garage cans in and out. Also, it acts like a "speed bump" when I try to drive my car into the garage, especially on snowy or icey days. I have made several calls both to the Company and to Chad, who was our contact man. After a couple of months, Chad stopped to look at it but did not solve the problem. Since that time I have made several calls but have received no responses to my voice mails.

Could not have asked for a better representative to work with (Chad). Chad was kind, patient and responsive to all my questions. He also worked out scheduling issues with me due to my dog. I would recommend this company and would utilize them again in the future.

Mr Eddie Moore and son Chad are real professionals. The work was completed on time as stated and the work was excellent. Eddie Moore is demanding of his suppliers - the concrete has to be just as he ordered - one of the reasons his results are excellent. The driveway was widened and included the intervening sidewalk and approach apron.

They did the job in two days. Real professional job. I hired them to do another job as soon as I'm ready.

Let me start by saying that this cost me far less than I thought it would. I had always heard that concrete driveways were many times more expensive than blacktop... but I found this to be untrue, at least in my case... and at least in the case of Eddie Moore Concrete Construction.

Let me also say that our primary reason for installing a concrete driveway was because of and quot;yellowingand quot; of a brand new vinyl floor. We were advised by the manufacturer's rep that there is a chemical reaction caused by chemicals in blacktop and sealing compounds and the vinyl floor. Fortunately, our floor had a 10 year warranty against discoloring, but we didn't want to exercise the warranty and replace the flooring until after replacing a cause... the blacktop driveway.

After talking to neighbors who had concrete driveways installed by Eddie Moore, I called to get an estimate. Eddie came to the house within a very few days. He measured the area and gave me a price. I was, to put it mildly, SHOCKED! I had expected a price at least twice as high as the quote. Based on the quote and the recommendations of neighbors, we decided to have Eddie do the work. It took a couple of weeks to get started... due to weather, and the fact we were out of town for part of the time. But I told Eddie to call when he was ready, and just give me an hour or so to get the cars out of the garage.

Eddie called around 11:00 AM on a Thursday, and the crew arrived around 1:00 PM. They all went straight to work... tearing out the old blacktop drive, laying out forms, spreading gravel base, etc. On Friday, the crew arrived at 8:00 AM and began laying the reinforcement. The concrete truck arrived around 9:00 AM and the crew began dumping and spreading the concrete. All necessary work was completed by noon or so. The crew then came back on Monday. They removed the forms, replaced the sod along the edges, made the stress cuts, and sprayed concrete sealer.

We are VERY pleased with the new driveway and with the job done by Eddie Moore Concrete Construction. They were professional, pleasant, efficient, fast.... and VERY reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to several neighbors and friends... and will certainly continue to do so.

I have no issues to report. He answered all of my questions and completed the job in a timely manner.

The experience was excellent. They had very good customer service and they did a great job.

We interviewed 4 concrete contractors with a set of requirements established by us. Three of the contractors had a and quot;can't do attitudeand quot;. and quot;Eddieand quot; (father) and and quot;Chadand quot; (son) Moore, however, embraced our ideas and requirements. They had a few professional suggestions, to which we readily agreed.

The first day Eddie, Chad and helpers removed the old blacktop driveway and established the contractually required grade and slope lines. Wire mesh was positioned, ready for the concrete pour the next day. Most contractors wanted to do the entire operation (tear up, grade and pour) in one day. Moore Construction agreed to two days so that we could inspect the grade and slope lines without having a concrete truck waiting with fresh concrete hardening in the truck while any changes were made. This logical progression only makes sense for an optimum job. The second day the concrete was delivered in two trucks, spaced 45 minutes apart, since a single pour was one of our requirements. The concrete was finished with a and quot;broom finishand quot; and acrylic sealer was sprayed over the surface. The third day Eddie and Chad came back to cut expansion lines in the and quot;greenand quot; (hardened, but not cured) concrete. Moore Construction. LLC did a great job. Even after three months I marvel at how nice my house/yard looks because of the driveway. Cost was competitive, but slightly less than one of the other bidders. Moore Construction also allowed us the option to cancel the pour if the threat of rain existed on the scheduled day of the pour.

We strongly recommend, Moore Construction, LLC for a concrete driveway not only because of the end result, but also because of their flexibility to meet the customer's desires and requirements.
