+ -1 moreUpon installation of the air pump, I noticed a sticker which read, "Refurbished." I contacted the company and asked them if this was actually a refurbished pump. I was initially informed that I had paid less than half the cost of a new pump, as the "new warranty" covered $270.00 of the cost. The remaining $209.75 was charged to me based upon their "new warranty" standards. There was no mention of replacement with a refurbished pump at time of purchase. I believed I was receiving new merchandise. On my second contact to Customer Service, I was informed that refurbished pumps were not to be sent to customers. When I explained the situation, the second Customer Service representative changed their story.
