About us
We are a small family owned business with currently four employees. We are licensed and insured for work in Ohio Lic# 46400. We have a service fee for diagnostic and a flat rate for needed repair. The cost will be up front before the repair is done. We accept major credit cards, personal check and cash for payment. All new equipment installation is done on a bid basis. The price is agreed upon with the customer before the job is started and will be finished in a timely matter with quality workmanship. Depending on the model, all installations come with a 5 or 10 year warranty on parts and labor.
