We found that our basement had flooded. We called our insurance company, and they referred us to Park Ellis ServiceMaster. They quickly arrived at our house after we put the call into them. Before they arrived, we felt like the situation was out of control. But when they arrived, they took control of the situation, at put us at ease. They removed our possessions from the basement, and quickly started the cleanup process. They removed all of the water from the basement, and set up many dehumidifiers to dry up the remaining moisture. They checked every inch of the basement for mold, so that we wouldn't have mold problems from the flood, later on down the road.
Description of Work: ServiceMaster came to our rescue when our basement flooded.
