JUDY STONE

She is very personable, thorough, extremely brought up a lot of points that I did not bring and I did not noticed when we were looking for a house, so I extremely like her  lot.

She is fabulous and wonderful. We want to use her again shortly. She is very thorough and does what she says she will do. She always has her buyers best interest at heart. 

I began my house search from out of state. Judy went way beyond what is required of a real estate agent. She was very communicative and encouraging, which was especially difficult since I wasn't in Toledo, and wouldn't be for months. I was pressed for time and when we finally found a suitable place, she worked hand in glove with the listing agent and the title company to facilitate and expedite the closing. And ALL the work she did, wasn't for big bucks since my financial limitations meant buying a house for 25k or less.

Judy Stone is a very out-going and friendly person. She knows real estate in the Toledo area, especially the historic Old West End neighborhood. She is funny, bright and good with people. She was easy to work with.
