The cleaning wasn't very good - the floors were sticky. I called saying that they needed to fix it which they tried to do. The husband told me he could take care of my bathtub replacement when I mentioned it to him, as well. In the process they left a big mess. They left tools behind. They knew they were supposed to come get the tools but didn't. I've got pictures of their "work" - it wouldn't pass inspection at all. They left pipes sticking out, holes in the wall down to plywood. I had to bring in a licensed contractor that new what he was doing to repair everything which cost $3200.00.
I had to get the sheriff out because I think, using my garage keypad, they stole my vacuum cleaner. The wife has been very rude - actually told my nurse to "go to h***" so the fact they they advertise themselves as a Christian-owned company seems absurd. They also complained to me about having to pay $75 to fill up their SUV gas tank - very unprofessional.
