They did excellent work. All work was finished when promised. They even washed the car. Many dealers don't do this any more. Jill and dad Mike were very helpful and explained everything. Could not have gone any better. Give a grade A+.

I grew up in an automotive family. My brother and father are in the auto body business. I would have taken my car to them, but they are 2000 miles away. I’ve learned that not all body shops are the same. I’m impressed with LJI on Lee Rd. I took my 2014 Audi A4 in to repair the front bumper which was damaged in a too tight parking garage. In writing the estimate they gave me several options. I choose the more expensive best possible fix. Their communication was terrific. When they found additional damage they called immediately and asked me what I wanted them to do. They gave me an estimate on Friday and the car was fully repaired by Wednesday morning. It looks terrific. They even took care of a couple of other minor issues with the bumper. When I picked the car up it was cleaned and waxed. You’d never know it was damaged. The paint color matches perfectly. This is a first class family owned business. I hope I don’t need them again soon, but if I do, I’ll go straight back to LJI.

This is by far the most professional and responsive auto body shop that I have ever used. From start to finish, they did exactly what they said they'd do without any problems or excuses, and went out of their way to do the little things that have made me a lifetime customer. The end product was outstanding. 101% satisfied.

They ended up not doing any work because the car was totalled, however the service and communication while they were working on the estimate was excellent. Returned calls quickly, always updated information and communicated information to insurance company. They assisted in getting me a rental car when the rental car company was not responding.

Have uses LJI before when someone hit my front grill and it needed replaced. This time, a drive-by clipped my mirror so that it could not be repaired. The item was not in stock anywhere and had to be ordered. LJI said they could make something that I could use until the part came in. I came back with a hand mirror and they were able to set it in place in what was left of the mirror holder so that I could see to merge into traffic. When the part came in, it was replaced in a timely manner. Find them very pleasant, very convenient (was able to cross to Village Sq. and have breakfast while car was being repaired), and very professional.
