Could not have gone better. Owner of the company, Tom Chew, does all his own installing and designing. Tom is like the craftsmen of days gone by. He has a real honest work ethic. Charges you for what he does and nothing more. He's willing to work with you on whatever it is you want done. He does a good job of explaining options and leaves the choices up to you.
He's amazingly fast, efficient and highly skilled. He respects your premises, is always polite and courteous. You know when you're dealing with Tom that you aren't being sold a bill of goods.
I've had a lot of work done on my home since we moved in years ago. I have never been more satisfied with anything I've had done to the home by any other contractor.
I will certainly continue to work with Tom for anything that needs to be done in this area in the future. He's done such good work though, that I don't anticipate needing much other than an occasional cleaning. I give him my highest recommendation.

Tom was called on Sunday morning because our furnace igniter had gone bad. He arrived when he said he would with the right part and got our furnace up and running quickly! This is the second time I've had to call him this Winter, and he's been quick at responding and very resonably priced.

Tom called at 5:30 as promised and stopped over. Reset our furnace in 5 minutes and did not charge us. Apologized for us having to wait a few hours for him to get there. It was so refreshing that he was willing and able to help and did what he said. Because it was easy and fast for him, there was no charge. My husband spent time on the phone with the manufacturer, another heating and cooling company, and I called at least three others who were unable to come because of calls.

Tom replaced our furnace and air conditioner. He did and excellant job and met his estimate. He came on time each day and completed the work on time. He was freiendly and efficiant. He cleaned up after himself and the furnace and airconditioner work perfectly. He did a great job.

I have two furnaces and they charged about $140 for the last service. The guy who comes out is great. I would recommend him for any heating and air conditioning needs along with a few other odds and ends. He has installed both of my furnaces and he maintains them. He used to maintain my old furnaces that were installed by somebody else. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

I called Mr. Chew of Westview Heating and Cooling to repair the airconditioner at my mothers, condo. He said he was in that area and would meet me there. When I arrived, about ten minutes later, he was already at work taking the unit apart. An electrical short circuit had blown a hole in one of the refrigerarant lines and Mr. Chew cut out that section and installed a new contactor while waiting for the line pressure to drop to zero so he could braze the line closed. He recharged and tested the system and then reassembled it. I have used Westview Heating and Cooling before and have found them to be promp, professional, and reasably priced.

Tom returned my call and came out immediately. Very professional with reasonable rates. Will use him again.

They are absolutely excellent! They are very experienced. They are very flexible. They work with you as far as what your needs are and what you need to pay for. They won't sell you something that you don't need just for the sake of selling you something. I don't have a lot of comparison for the price, but I thought it was a good value. The quality was excellent!
