SCOTT IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE & TALENTED. HE HAD MY COMPUTER UP & RUNNING IN NO TIME FLAT. MY DSL NOW WORKS FINE. SCOTT REINSTALLED IT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES & I HAD WASTED OVER AN HOUR TALKING TO A SERVICE REP BEFORE SCOTT GOT THERE & HELPED ME! THE 4 ADDITIONAL PHONE JACKS THAT SCOTT INSTALLED HAVE MADE MY LIFE A LOT EASIER AS WELL. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AS HE WENT ALONG & WAS VERY PERSONABLE & EASY TO TALK TO.
