T and S replaced head gasket. After 2 cuts it broke down. Took it back after 2 cuts it brole down again. The recoil got stuck. When I usrd the mover they forgot to put the mulching plug back in had to go back. Aftet 3 cuts it broke again! This the 4th time in 3 weeks ive been up there!

Used the "Request a Quote" function on their AL link, have yet to hear anything back. I'd like to use their service if they would be kind enough to send information or contact me back.

It went great. They pick up the mower. They told what it would cost. My lawn mower runs like it is new.

It was good. Well I know he is really busy with a lot of other equipment that he had and that was about it probably not much because we knew it was with snow blow would return in season, he told me it would be two weeks out, three weeks away and he was pretty close to that.

I've used them for years. They do a good job. It worked out really well. There were a couple of small things but all in total, it was a good deal for me. Sometimes, they're a little slow. I've never had any trouble with the quality. The quality is always good. Sometimes you have to wait for it.

I called for an estimate to replace a broken pull-cord on my Craftsmen lawn mower.  The gentleman I spoke with was extremely pleasant and listened to my problem completely.  I wasn't talked-over or rushed. 

I was quoted $50.00 to replace the cord.  I already purchased the replacement cord.  

The HUGE negative came when he told me that it would be JUNE before it could be repaired.  He suggested I call back in three weeks to see what their schedule is like.  I'd have to wait 3-4 weeks for a 10-15 minute repair??  I understand it's May 2nd, and probably a super-busy time for these guys, but if you have to tell customers it'll be a month before you can complete a small repair ... you need to hire more staff. 

So, my experience was:   a very friendly staff with an unreasonable wait.

Didn't make an appointment or anything, just brought in my 4 year old Craftsman trimmer / weed whacker because it was stalling out at totally random times.  When starting, it would run fine, then after a couple minutes, it would stall out.  This would happen over and over.  They listened as I explained the problem without interrupting me or telling me to just buy a new one.  We then took it outside to see if we could recreate the problem, which didn't happen since it usually ran for a good 5 minutes before this would start happening.  They explained very clearly that it would be $45 or so up front for the diagnostic, and that this cost would go toward the repair.  They gave me a realistic timeframe (probably wouldn't get to it for 2 weeks), and said they would call me before doing any repairs.  I never heard anything after the 2 weeks, and ended up calling them for an update after 3+ weeks.  The person that answered looked it up and said that the techs noted that it was unrepairable.  I didn't get much more detail than that, but I accepted that answer since it was a cheap second-hand purchase and I figured it had simply outlasted its usefulness anyway.  Considering I got a better quality new replacement for it for about $150, I actually appreciated that they simply suggested the practical approach instead of charging me $100+ to fix something that wasn't worth it.  Overall, a good experience.  My only complaint was that they didn't call me back in the time they said they would.

We've used them before, and will use them again when needed.

I purchased my lawnmower and my snow blower from them.  They're not at all the cheapest but their service is great. I use them for tune ups and for parts when I need them.  They always have what I want in stock and are always helpful.

T & S Mower Service were very grossly overpriced. They did not even call me when my mower was out there. If I hadn't contacted them, they'd still have my mower.
