RON'S TREE WORKS, INC.

With the massive storm we had at the beginning of December, a large pine tree began to loose a large amount of limbs. Luckily a friend in the Township referred me to Ron. Prices from the his competitors were outrageously high if not criminal, but rest assured Ron and his team swooped in for the win with great pricing, a hard working crew and the machines and tools to get the job done all before lunch time. Will be using him for all my tree services from here on out and I highly recommend this company.

Ron is a super nice guy. He arrived on time for the estimate appt. and walked around the property with me to make sure we were on the same page. I needed a rush job and he came when promised within a week. Professional equipment and full crew, they worked non-stop and clean-up was flawless. I added two extra items and the charge was minimal. Honesty, integrity and amazing service, which is hard to find these days!

Ron Was on time and very efficient, I was very pleased and he kept me informed along the way. did not want any payment until I was satisfied. seems rare these days

Ron does not respond to phone messages. His communication with potential customers is very poor. I waited for weeks when I finally heard back from him a few years ago. He did a very good job (once I finally got a call from him). This week, I decided to try calling his service again for some tree trimming I need done. I left a phone message a few days ago and did not hear back. I tried again yesterday and left a message. Again, I've had no response. I will not call Ron's business ever again. He should either hire someone to manage his calls and responses, or he should take time each day to show enough respect to return calls he has received that day. This is not the way to run a business!

Ron and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job. He's an honest, nice guy. He quoted and did the job for $2,000 less that I was told from another tree company. We couldn't be an happier with the work performed

.They were here at the set time, worked from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Everything was done in one day.  Ground the branches, removed the larger pieces and did a nice job of cleaning up. They used a bucket truck and some other heavy trucks.There was some damage to the yard and that was expected. They did a very nice job thinning the maple trees. There were 4 people. During lunch, 2 were always working. Ron was professional, easy to deal with. He was recommended by our lawn maintenance company.

Very pleased with Ron and his crew. Arrived on time, worked very fast and efficiently and left the area spotless. Would use his service again if ever needed.

Call Ron about 6-8 weeks ago to have him grind up trees, he replied was going on vacation, would call when he returned. Never returned call. I call him about 4 to 5 times after that, he has not had the courtesy to return a phone call yet. I have used Ron in the past but now I would no recommend his company at all.

We have been trying to contact this company to get a tree removed for over a month. One phone call was returned after a couple of days, and we were told he would be at our house the next week. No other phone calls. Now we are in the process of finding another company. We hoped to have this done last month.

I had three sizeable trees to be cut down in a very delicate area. He made sure to protect fence, windows and roof. He trimmed a very large tree and did an excellent job. He was very careful and meticulous.

Thery did a very professional job. Cleaned up the yard, did not touch the shrubs or flowers, and worked fast and efficiently. they have very good equipment and know their job well. I would recommend them

When they removed the trees they left the debris all over the yard and I had to ask them to clean it up which they did reluctantly. Before they planted the Arborvitae I clearly pointed out the sprinkler line. They dug right through the sprinkler line and never acknowledged it. The next day three of the five Arborvitae were tilting at a 30-45 degree angle and I had to do significant work to secure them properly, since they were just thrown in the ground. I contacted them about repairing my prinkler line repeatedly and have never heard back from them. Buyer beware - stay away from this company!

Our neighbor used them also to trim their trees. The kind of trees we have around here, we didn't want them to hit our house so we had it trimmed. They were really excellent and safety conscious too. They got a number of guys out in the backyard and made sure that we were not there with the dog. They went up there trimmed the trees down and what the best thing my husband thought was that they hauled it all the way through and you didn't have to take care of yourself. That was a plus with them. I know some people do the work but then you are responsible to take it away but these guys actually took it all with them and that was excellent. I think they were very efficient, I don't think they dragged it out but they just got in there, did their work. The efficiency was very good with them. I thought they were reasonable so I and my husband agreed that we would take their cost. They were here when they said they would. They were great; I don't see anything unlined with them at all.

I contacted Ron three times - once to ask for an estimate, twice to ask when he would do the work because i said i wanted to proceed. He said in a couple of weeks. After about 5 weeks i called again and he said he'd be out shortly. Never came at all so i had another company to do the work. I used Ron several years ago and was very happy with the work so i was very sorry to have to leave a bad review.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. RON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CAME OUT QUICKLY FOR AN ESTIMATE AND ARRIVED ON TIME TO DO THE JOB. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB THINNING AND PRUNING MY TREES ESPECIALLY MY PRIZE BIRCH. CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY LEFT. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN. HAD ALSO GIVEN MY NEIGHBOR AN ESTIMATE FOR A VERY LARGE JOB ON A SILVER MAPLE. RON DID THAT THE SAME DAY AND MY NEIGHBOR WAS VERY PLEASED AS WELL.
