They were great from start to finish.  Marti in the office is very nice, helpful and professional.  They came out and gave an estimate.  They answered our many questions in person and over the phone.  They did a great installation and did a nice job cleaning up.  They provided a reliable product.  They handled all the warranty paperwork.  They have even been back to check on the equipment.   I would highly recommend.

Rieke Heating & Cooling came to our home to do a repair job on my furnace. They service technician was professional and courteous. They were efficient they finished the job and cleaned up. They did exactly what they said they would do and the rates were reasonable. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Came home on a Thursday to no heat in the house. Checked ANgie's list and came away with three potential contractors (one was Rieke) . When I was at breakfast at the Falls Family Restaurant I mentioned to the owner Al about my predicament. A fellow customer said "call me friend Rieke" so I did. He was at the house that same morning. Repair took less than a hour. The drain pipes he installed were nicely done. Simple but quick and low priced. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had Rieke Heating perform an annual preventive maintainence (though we hadn't done one in a few years). John and an assistant arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and customer oriented. Roughly an hour later they finished inspecting, cleaning, and lubricanting all the parts in our Carrier forced air furnace and replaced the filter in our AprilAire system as well as a general inspection of the conduits to the outside and of them outside. I feel more comfortable the furnace won't have any issues over winter now.

They arrived in the scheduled time frame. While they requested two days for the work they were able to complete the system installation in one day. A testimonial that they are very skilled and knowledgeable. They cleaned up all the scrap and material after the job was done. Finally, the owner provided a complete explaination of how to maintain the filter system, aprilaire and finally operate the controls on the thermatstat. I recommend this vendor highly.
