They were great. Answered all questions Did a fantastic job. Would very highly recommend them. We had another company come a few years before and when wanted it resealed they sent us the stuff. We are not the professional . They would not come out so we called miracle stone they had to take up what was done and I’m so extremely happy with the job. A few years later they came out to reseal it. Miracle stone (Rose) thank you so much We are happy costumers

I was referred to this company and thoroughly regret it and will never refer anyone to Miracle Stone. Spend extra to get some respect and quality work because you will be lied to, belittled and spoken over like you are garbage. The way I was treated, I definitely was not the customer. Rose was far from professional during the little encounters I had with her. When she came to my home all she did was rush me and say well are you doing this or not after discussing and reviewing all of my questions I had that also seemed to annoy her that I was even asking. When the crew showed up I went over everything again along with the edging etc. 3 times- was ignored. They bounced as soon a the full payment was given to them, not allowing for any review of their work. I called the following week as I have valleys and humps all over the floor- nothing was leveled like I was told the job would be. Also the epoxy was dripped all along the opening of the door and tacky looking. I was ignored for 2 weeks and was only contacted because I filed a report with the BBB. When Carmin, the owner finally came to look at the floor- he spoke over me the whole time would not let me speak. Kept telling me I was wrong my floor was a disaster before he did the job. That he does not do bad work (I have pictures to prove my floor was only cracked, not raised and horrible as he kept portraying). Laughed at me because of the amount I spent was nothing ( BTW I'm a single mom). Told me that I should have went to Nature stone, I would have paid more. I kept asking what are you going to do to fix this and make it right and he said nothing, he did nothing wrong and refused to correct or even make anything right. I am appalled by the actions of these two representatives of this company. To make matters worse, I received a camera notification, in a spot they should not have been which I will not say in this review but you all know what he was doing as I am traumatized by this along with neighbors.

The came when they said they would and finished on time with no problems.

They were easy to work with; worked quickly and without any mess. Floor looks great!

Very well.  They did a very nice job.

It went very well.  We love our new garage floor.  Miracle Stone has many stone colors to choose from.  This is a small company that does an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

He came out and looked over what he was going to do and he quoted me a price. I asked if it included the senior discount and he said it did. Then he said I would have to cut down a door to the entrance of the porch and power wash the patio or hire someone else to do that. He told me he couldn't do the job by the end of June as well. I called another contractor and he said he would do all the needed work for 100$ cheaper and come out the first week of June. So I called Miracle Stone 10 days later to cancel the job he did cancel it but did keep my deposit.

It turned out really good. I was very happy with the outcome.

They charged me about $3000 for their services. My experience with them was fine. They did what they said. They kept the cost affordable and it was much lower than another company.

I like the way it works and the way it looks. I also like the way it lasts. It is a life time thing. I have had concrete floor put in my garage, and I did not what else could have been done with it and I thought that miracle stone would be an easy solution. I like the way he interacted with me and his promptness. I would grade him an A for all that. I think they were pretty reasonable. It was much easier than putting concrete flooring. The quality of work looks good.

Since this is my first experience with this type of product I am not sure how accurate my assesment is. I feel I have had a good experience with both the install as well as product. My intentions are to have my baesment done next.

Great job. Got there at the allotted time, and stayed working till he was finished. It was a two day project and I would not hesitate to call this company again.....very satisfied.

The overall experience was great. The sales person gave an exact price. There were no surprises. As with any project, communication was the key to avoid any misunderstanding. Always asks questions about what exactly the work entails, and what preparation is required of you the homeowner. The quality of work was very professional. My basement is awesome!

They were very professional and neat. They came out on time. Two guys did all the work in one day. They did an excellent job! I would hire them again without a doubt.

There was a rather long delay between the signing of the contract and the actual work, plus a rainy morning added some moisture to my basement, however, the actual work was done within two hours.
