KLM Home Renovations

If this company is affiliated with KLM UNLIMITED LLC, I had a pretty good experience. The renovated home I moved into on 11/3/18 in Akron was beautifully done and the owner at times went above and beyond to correct issues brought to his attention from the home inspector, even installing a new a/c without being asked. I really like my new home so far👍😀

KLM did an absolutely outstanding job on this project. Scott, the head of the project, was great because he is committed to excellence, keeps his word and does everything reasonably possible for his customers. Scott kept a very close eye on the budget throughout the project, and he did not add any costs unless we asked him to perform extra work (and he did anything extra at a very reasonable cost). We have a very old house that was built in the late 1800s so it was very difficult to make the addition look like it was part of the original house, but Scott and his team were certainly up to the challenge. The finished product was very high quality and exactly what we had hoped for and more, and the KLM team ensured every last detail of our project was correct.

Scott Mcdaniel is the owner. I had received 4-5 bids totally. He and another contractor were the most favored. I had seen the latter’s actual work at my friend’s house. I had seen Scott’s work at a friend’s house, too. I chose the other company because of the quality of their work. Scott was a good guy to deal with. He got back to me right away. When I had initially called him, he was in Florida. He called me from there and asked me if I could wait till he got back. The day he got home, he called me. He followed up and came out. If I had not chosen the other company, I would have definitely used this company. My friends, who have used him, are extremely pleased with him. He did really nice jobs for them. I will consider him for a future quote.

THEY TOOK OUR IDEAS AND LISTENED TO US. THERE WERE ONLY 2 TIMES WHERE HE SAID THAT IS JUST NOT GOING TO WORK. HERE IS A WAY THAT CAN BE DONE. EVERYTHING ELSE, THEY RESPONDED WITH WE CAN DO THAT OR WE`VE NEVER DONE IT THAT WAY BUT WE CAN. THEY ALWAYS WERE ON TIME. ONE TIME THEY COULDNT MAKE IT BECAUSE OF A DEATH AND THEY CALLED. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. I CAN`T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM.
