I hired them to lay pet turf in my small back yard. They came in a lot lower than other quotes I received PLUS the owner suggested some great landscaping ideas like an extended flower bed and planter where I put a beautiful Crimson Queen Japanese Maple. They used top of the line synthetic Turf (Tiger Turf pet turf) and the install was beautiful. John Kaufmann and his team were very professional and always on time. He always called me back promptly and my questions always answered with detail. He even suggested a follow-up visit to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. This level of customer service is so very rare these days and something I appreciate. He even did little things along the way that I am just noticing; special detailed touches that he did not have to do but did because he is detailed oriented. Highly recommend.

John was very prompt with returning calls and setting up appointments. He included a color copy of what my house would look like with trees, shrubs, and plants that were chosen. The owner was on site working with his employees and the job was done in a timely manner. I have received all positive comments from friends, family, and neighbors and would highly recommend Kaufman Landscaping.
