Project completed as promised. Crew was professional, removed and trimmed trees as wanted. Clean up was done well. Price and work completed was good. Would recommend.

I contacted Jim on a Monday, he quoted me on Tuesday and performed the job on Wednesday. His crew was prompt, and did a great job of removing a large maple tree. They also did an exceptional job of cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

He was good! He cut it up in sections so I could split it. Good clean up.

I found him through Angie’s List. They were very neat and clean. They did exactly what we needed them to do. They even offered some advice on a few other things.

Climbed and roped the tree down. Removed all the wood. Existing plants we're not damaged. The workers did a wonderful job. Over the last 2 years Jim's Tree Service has removed over 10 tress for us, large and small, averaging 20-30 feet tall. We are extremely pleased with their work.

A large tree limb had fallen and I was concerned about if I needed to take the tree down and I ultimately determined that was not necessary but I needed to have the stub on the main trunk of the tree trimmed off and cleaned up. That is what Jim's tree service did it was expensive mostly because it was an extremely big tree behind when you have to get someone out there with ropes and swings and bicycles elevated. All it was, was really trimming off at the trunk and kind of cleaning up the location on the trunk where a large limb had fallen. I wasn't even at home when they came I had one other dead limb removed at the same time and both were removed by the time I got home. They cleaned up the trunk as best as they could and it was nothing I could do as you noticed when it had fallen sometimes it scars but they had cleaned it up as best as anyone could. They removed the other limb and the job was perfectly satisfactory and done on time when they said they would be there. This was extremely a large tree and you had to go up some height in fact how would you get up there you would have to bring in the equipment to get up there and thats what accounts for cost. Its not like going in your front lawn and trimming off a little tree branch.

Everything went fantastic. They advised me of the different pricing scenarios that they could do to take out the tree which was helpful. Their service was professional and prompt and the price was great. After I had gotten the quote from them, they called and said since they were already doing work in the area they could do it for less than what they just quoted it for. I planned on keeping the woodchips under the tree, but they advised against it because the tree had been diseased.

I am very satisfied with his work. He was good to deal with. He is a laid back guy. He was good at getting back to me. He called back right away. He tried to get it done in 7 to 10 days and it was done in less than a week. The price was reasonable. He ground the stumps down. He took everything away. He left some rocks which I can understand.

JOB 1: AFTER PICKING HIS COMPANY OUT OF THE YELLOW PAGES SINCE IT LISTED BEREA IN ITS COVERAGE AREA, I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR JIM AND HE STOPPED BY LATE THAT AFTERNOON, GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, AND DID THE JOB THE NEXT DAY. THE WORK WAS QUICK AND THEY WERE CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICE WAS ALSO MUCH LESS THAT WE EXPECTED, HAVING USED OTHER SERVICES IN THE PAST. WE FULLY INTEND TO HAVE THEM DO WORK FOR US IN THE FUTURE AS NEEDED. JOB 2: VERY THOROUGH, RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. CREW WORKED THROUGH 90+ DEGREE HEAT TO GET JOB DONE ON TIME.
