Home Inspection
I was actually pleased with his work, he was there early, did the inspection, gave me advice on what needed fixing, etc. The initial inspection was good as far as I know (never had previous experience). Then at the end of it all, he agreed to come back after all agreed upon repairs were made just as a follow up. We agreed on a date...he didn't keep it and never called to reschedule or even say he wasn't coming. Upon trying to call, the phone which prior had a voicemail, no longer had a voicemail, so I couldn't leave a message, and all calls went unanswered. After a while I left it alone. About 2 months later, I called him again and got him direct...guess he wasn't expecting me. He apologized, excuse was that he forgot...and we rescheduled. Again, he did not show or call. I guess he "forgot" again. Hmmm, very professional. After the second time, I gave up.
