Niles was on time, did an excellent job and completed the work within the estimated time. I will definitely call Holmes Plumbing the next time I need that sort of help.

Great work from Tom and Ryan of Holmes Plumbing. My problem was identified in just seconds and was repaired promptly at a reasonable price. Who could ask for more than that?

Called Monday to fix a drain issue with my sink - they were out the same day, fixed everything up perfectly, and stuck to the estimate (which saved me a lot of money).

Prompt response by Tom to my message followed by prompt and competent service by the plumber who came out. The issues with my sinks and a previously-installed hot water recirculating system were quickly identified and resolved. The great service by Holmes was in contrast to a previous well-known company which came out, had difficulty identifying the problem, and replaced some fixtures without actually fixing anything. Holmes Plumbing will be the first one I call from here on out.

Excellent as Tom Holmes came by the same day as the incident occurred to diagnose the repair need, provide a quote, suggest what parts were needed that we should pick out/up and set date for the repair work to be done. His plumber who did the work arrived on time, was efficient in the repair, able to avoid drywall cutting to accomplish the replacement and kept us informed of his progress. He was very courteous as well wearing a face mask and shoe coverings.

Tom, the plumber, originally came to our home to replace the damaged caulking of our basement shower. There was a very bad odor when we used the shower especially during humid weather.  Tom discovered that the shower head was leaking and had caused substantial damage including mold.  After consideration, the decision was made to replace the entire shower stall and update the outdated shower/toilet with a full service, enclosed bathroom complete with a sink.  Tom ripped out the damaged tiles, removed the worn cement, replacing it with a quality cement floor.  He completely replaced old pipes to construct the new bathroom.  He designed and remodeled our new bathroom to be larger adding necessary electrical wires, dry wall, ceramic tile, shower stall, sink with vanity.  

Tom was courteous and professional.  He provided daily updates as to his progress and communicated to us any necessary changes.  Tom's price was affordable and the quality of his work was superior.
