PRODUCT IS NOT TO EXPECTATIONS. IT'S BEEN A LONG PROCESS TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, AND NOW THEY'VE BECOME UNRESPONSIVE. OUR BABY HAS ARRIVED, AND WE DON'T HAVE THE CRIB WE PAID FOR.
