There prices just up and up and up.

I called them about pixelation on several channels, and now the voice and picture go sporadically out of sync. They made 2 house calls, the first was on the 5th of January. They came out to the house but the issue persisted. I called them again, and they asked me to be patient because they were having issue in several states. I waited a week and called them again. A technician came out a second time on Jan 22nd, but he was unable to resolve the issue. They charged me $75 for the service calls and nothing has been fixed. I'm paying for a service I'm not satisfied with and not receiving.

We intitially signed up with Cox cable after talking with a sales rep who told us that we would be locked in at a price of 99 dollars a month and if the price ever did go up we would be able to cancel without any penalties. Everything was good until the price went up around 30 dollars after the first year. Called to cancel the service and they told me it would cost around 150 dollars to cancel our service. Very deceptive when signing us up and were not helpful at all in finding a solution to our problem.

We had problems a couple of weeks ago with their phone line and they were very responsive after that. We're kind of stuck with them until we find another cable provider.

I called Cox Cable to see about phone and internet information based on the reviews on Angie's List. I spoke with Howard who set up the plan for phone and internet service and the appointment to have it installed on Friday. Howard advised that the first month $74.90 and installation would be $14.00 for a total of $88.90. He said every month after that would be $39.98. I received a call Tuesday evening from the company and asked them to call me back Wednesday morning. They said they would call me sometime after 10:00 a.m. They never did so I ended up calling the number back. When I called the number back, they stated that it was Warner Cable instead of Cox so I was a little confused. The gentleman I spoke with explained that they all work together in my area. He advised that it would be $74.00 per month plus installation for phone and internet which I could not do. I then canceled the appointment for installation.

They charge too much and it keeps going up. They are all about the same though. I had a little bit of trouble with my internet but they took care of it. The first time they got me someone there right away the same afternoon. A squirrel chewed the cable from the pole to the house. It was real strange because the tv was working but the internet was out. The guy fixed it. The first time was a bad connector on the outside. he said I needed a little more signal into my modem so he put an amplifier in the house. That took care of it. I will continue to use them.

If you have a problem and call them, they can fix it over the phone and you don't even have to go there. I have a service contract with them. I had trouble when I first got my internet and they brought a wireless router and that cleared it right up. I have not had any problems since they put the wireless router in.
