COLUMBIA PARK

Do not move here they do not take care of surrounding vacant homes and they are in disrepair broken carport polls driveways and pot holes allover the place. Rent is also extremely high and they keep raising they rent

10/17/18 This park is a joke. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We pay a lot of money in "lot rent" with nothing to show. The park is in disrepair. The office staff are rude. The park "manager" Iidi will never answer the phone, return emails, or respond in anyway. The EPA has fined the park millions of dollars for violations at there water "treatment" area. Take it from me do not live here it is a joke! My recent experience with the office: I have been trying to get the portion of street fixed outside my home since January 2018. They finally made progress Wednesday Oct. 17, 2018. We were not given any noticed but were coming back from vacation. So no big deal. Now the contractors used our water for the concert saw, without permission, and left their hose attached. I moved said hose, so my mother would not trip in the morning heading to work, and moved it to an island across the street. Also I moved a shovel that had construction tape blocking our drive Thursday morning so my family could get there cars out. I came home Thursday to find all the equipment gone and the neighbors drive completed. When I asked the office I was told by Laurel, a very nasty and mean lady that thing were thrown everywhere and that they were not going to complete it and basically to bad so sad. Now I am left with a giant section of curb missing in the front of our property that may damage my vehicle. This park used to be a premier and great place to live. It is not any more. If I can save you a 500+ dollars in "rent", plus home loan, taxes, water, electric, and a lot of heart ache. I will gladly do so. 08/08/19 !!!!Update!!! Today I found out they shut the water off. this is the second time this has happened were they have shut off the water to the park with out giving any notice. This place is the worst place to live I would not live here. The staff is rude. The maintenance guys will run you down because they do not follow the traffic laws. They now have a CP patrol who thinks he is a Police officer when he isn't. Please head my warning and do not move here. It will waste your retirement or your loved ones. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!
