Let me first start by saying when they initially came out (end of 2021) they did a good job. They enlarged the beds as discussed, filled in some low spots and filled in the area where I had removed a pool, seeded the area and put straw over it. I watered as directed. I asked if for some reason the grass does not take what happens. They told me they will come out and take care of it in the spring, reseed and patch if necessary. Well the issue is they will not come out without an added cost. You can see from the photo the grass did not take and has bare spots. They said that it needs to be watered and it looks good. It's been raining so no water needed and it does not look good. Very disappointed with the follow up. I would give them a great rating if they would stick to their word and follow up, come out and take care of the problem areas.

We had this company for the past three years. The first year was great. All work was done neatly and professionally.

The second year, last year, the work greatly declined. They didn't clean up all the branches, twigs, etc. Some were left.

Some areas of the grass were cut with a weed whacker, unevenly, even though it could be cut with a mower. They also took a weed whacker to our phlox, wiping them all out. Apparently, the flowers looked like weeds to them.  Some areas were not trimmed at all.  The beds were never properly edged. They used a weed whacker, not an edger. The grass is encroaching in all the beds.AT times, the areas weed whacked were left with the clippings on the grass. Sometimes they didn't show up for two weeks. The bushes weren't trimmed when they were supposed to be.  My husband trimmed them, but they sent us a bill for the trimming anyway.

This year, there are still branches and twigs left in the yard. The phlox in the back yard are three quarters gone, due to the weed whacker. Areas of the grass are higher than others, and looks wavy  The beds were not edged. No weeding was done. We are still waiting for the bill., so I don't know the amount of this claim. I will add a comment to this review when I receive the bill. We have decided to go with another company. Two of our neighbors have made the change as well.

They were here when they said they'd be here.  As they have performed work for us before, I feel that they are friends, not just service providers.  As always, they were punctual, professional and very very nice.  Mike is a perfectionist and insists that the work be done his way - the right way.
In the past, before I became an Angie's List provider, they built a large pond for my koi in our backyard.  It is just beautiful and we get many compliments from everyone who is in our backyard, be it friends or the gas meter reader.

They did a fantastic job and I will continue to use them in the future.
