Glenn Turnbull did the work himself.  He is always excellent--courteous, well skilled, and he and his crew always clean the floor, etc.  thoroughly before they leave.  Additionally, when I arrived home that evening to see all was done, I found Glenn had replaced the faucet cap (?) on my bathroom sink faucet which had become clogged with minerals from our city water supply.  I had not mentioned that to him and I was pleased he took the initiative to replace it!

Craig, the technician, arrived as scheduled and went right to work.  He asked all the right questions and answered mine.  He worked until the job was done and didn't take unnecessary breaks.  He is a great plumber and wonderful conversationalist, something that I feel is a bonus when you have someone working in your home.
Turnbull plumbing is fast in responding to emergency problems and seems to always have the right parts readily available to get the job done and all at a price that is affordable to most.  They don't tell you something can be done when it can't.  They are honest.  The office staff is wonderful and friendly and helpful.  If they can't answer a question, they find out and call back.  If there's a problem with billing, they take care of it without a hassle.
I really can't say enough good things about Turnbull plumbing.  They are one of the few service contractors that have ALWAYS been there when I needed them.

They were knowledgeable, but the person wasn't forthcoming with information. He didn't tell me what he was doing or what he found unless I asked. I was not happy.
