I have taken all my computer problems to CSU since the business opened many years ago. James provides prompt service and good advice. I can rely on the quality of work. In addition, when i have a problem and have needed quick help he is ready and able to assist. I find that his prices for repairs, upgrades and bailing me out of trouble are reasonable and turn around time excellent.

Our 3-yr-old desktop computer at home froze and then would no longer boot. Computer Systems Unlimited was in town and only charged $15 to examine the machine, so I took it in to them. They could not look at it right away, so I had to leave it. When I did not hear from the company by noon the next day I called. They had examined the computer and found a bad motherboard. I decided to go ahead with the repair. I also asked to have the on/off switch repaired and the video card better secured in the machine. The company said the work would be done by the end of the day. I returned to their office late in the afternoon. While they were getting the paperwork, I happened to ask how the repairs went. It was at that point that they realized that they had only replaced the motherboard and not done the other repairs. I had to wait while they quickly completed the work order. Once home, the computer operated properly. The total cost was a bit more than the estimate.

I have traded with CSU for as long as they have been in business, probably ten years or so. While their prices are competative it is the service before and after the sale that really keeps me coming back to them. They get my computers up and running right away, will tell me if there is a better price somewhere else and are always there to provide advice and assistance.
