I RECENTLY CALLED MIKE (3/19/02) TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE WITH AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM THAT I WAS HAVING. MIKE STATED HE WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH HIS ELECTRICIAN AND WOULD HAVE EITHER OF THEM CONTACT ME. AS OF TONIGHT, 3/21/02 I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. I DID GIVE HIM MY HOME, WORK, AND CELL PHONE NUMBERS. I DID CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE LIST WHO WILL BE OUT TOMORROW 3/22/02 TO FIX THE JOB. MY CONCERN IS THAT THERE WAS NO FOLLOW-UP CALL, EVEN TO SAY THAT MIKE WAS WORKING ON THE SITUATION.
