They guys who deliver are always very helpful and careful to protect the trees from damage.

We have always found the Petitti's staff to be accommodating to our needs. While it is easy at the Oakwood Village facility to get a sales associate that may not be very familiar with what we need, they are quick to find the appropriate sales person to assist in our purchases.

My nursery salesman knows his stock! He watched for excellent examples of species stock and called me when they were available. He also coordinated the delivery of the stock when all of the preparatory work was completed. They had excellent follow-up to the sale via telephone.

THE PETITTI'S STAFF IS QUICK TO PULL ASIDE THE NURSERY STOCK THAT I CHOOSE AND PURCHASE TO ENSURE THAT I GET EXACTLY THE ONES THAT I HAVE PICKED OUT. I HAVE RECEIVED GREAT ADVICE ON MONITORING THE PROGRESS AND GROWTH OF THE NURSERY STOCK SO THAT IT HAS THE BEST CHANCES FOR SURVIVAL. PETITTI'S EVEN HELD ONE OF MY TREES WHILE I HAD SOME SPRUCE CUT DOWN SINCE THE PURCHASED TREE WAS TO BE PLANTED IN THE VICINITY OF ONE OF THE REMOVED TREES. THE DELIVERYMEN PLACED THE STOCK NEAR TO WHERE THE HOLES WERE DUG FOR THEM SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO DRAG THE SHRUBS VERY FAR. THEIR PLANT PATHOLOGIST IS ALSO ONE OF THE BEST IN THE CLEVELAND AREA.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A SMALL ORNAMENTAL TREE FOR AN AREA IN MY BACKYARD. MONTE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME TO CHOOSE A TREE WHICH WOULD DO WELL. HE TOOK HIS TIME IN EXPLAINING TO ME ABOUT THE SUN/SHADE REQUIREMENTS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO SHOW ME DETAILS ABOUT THE SHAPE AND SYMMENTRY OF THE TREES AVAILABLE FOR SALE (SOME OF THE TREES WERE SHAPED BETTER THAN OTHERS; SOME HAD BETTER TRUNK STRUCTURE THAN OTHERS). I HAD HELP LOADING THE TREE IN THE CAR. IT WAS WRAPPED VERY SECURELY TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE. I AM PLEASED WITH THE SELECTION AND SALES HELP THAT I HAD RECEIVED.
