Established in 1920 and for over 90 years, Levin Furniture has provided customers with the latest in home fashion, quality products and customer service. Levin Furniture is Pittsburgh and Cleveland's Leading Furniture and Mattress Retailer with locations in South Hills, Mt. Pleasant, The Pointe, Monroeville, Wexford, Century 3, Greensburg, Oakwood Village, Mentor, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, Canton, Montrose, Avon and St. Clairsville. We had a pleasant shopping experience with one of the associates at the Oakwood OH location, and we were impressed with the prices of the "door buster: furniture. We were slightly dissatisfied that we had to pay $100 for delivery on $3,000 worth of furniture (because all of the items were "door busters"), but at least we were informed of this fee prior to delivery. Most of the items were delivered within a couple weeks. Others were not in stock, and a love seat had to be returned due to a large tear in the back of the upholstery. These items were shipped in another 2 weeks or so, and the staff did communicate well with us regarding these deliveries. The first set of deliverers were highly skilled & professional, while the second set of deliverers did not seem quite as skilled. Overall, we are very satisfied with our furniture. We have had it for less than a month at this point, but everything seems to be working and looking great. Thank you!

Thought Levine sold Quality Furniture. We bought an expandable coffee table for over $500, broke in 15 months, actually only expanded it maybe once a month at the most. Just me and wife in the house, Kids no longer in the house, so table was not abused. Levine offered nothing, nothing at all when went to the Avon, Ohio branch, was told with a shoulder shrug, unfortunately manufacturer warranty only good for 1 year. Will not buy from Levine again.

They delivered it for us. They were very good and so was the quality of the furniture. The salesman was very helpful and the delivery was as smooth as silk. They were right here on time, and it was a snowy day. They were very prompt about getting things in and setting them up. They were professional, polite, and kept everything clean. They were reasonably priced too.

I purchased 2 leather chairs, 2 ottomans, and a sofa on 11/28/10. The furniture was delivered on 12/10/10. I was not able to be present for the delivery of the furniture, so I had my mother let in the delivery men. After the delivery on 12/17/10 I noticed that two $100 dollar bills were missing from my house. The money was on the top shelf of my coat rack which is eye level and this is where I always place my cash and checks that need to be deposited. On 12/09/10 I did not have enough time to get to the bank to deposit my money so I placed a coupon organizer over the money. The money was still visible especially if someone was snooping around. The two men, one short with dark hair and the other one tall, skinny, and dark hair delivered the furniture. The short one did all the work while the skinny one watched and snooped around the living room and kitchen. During the time frame of 12/10/10 to 12/17/10 Levin’s delivery men were the only new people in my house. My mother-in-law had furniture delivered on 12/29/10 by the same two delivery men. She had the very same experience. The short, dark hair man did all the work while the tall, skinny, dark man snooped around her kitchen island making comments about the things he saw on top of the island. She had placed two candy bars on the island to give to them after they were done. When they were leaving the candy bars were gone and she could not find them. I have a hard time accusing anyone of stealing but two different people having the same experience is hard to ignore. The facts are two men, one short with dark hair, and the other tall, skinny and dark hair. The short man does the majority of the work while the tall one wanders around being nosey. After the furniture delivery at my home $200 dollars was missing and at my mother-in-law’s house 2 candy bars were taken. These are the facts, so be watchful of your Levin’s delivery men.

We bought a couch and two recliners from them. We also bought a real nice china cabinet. The lady that sold the furniture to us was really good. The only problem when they delivered the couch they ripped the legs off of it because they had trouble getting it in the door. Levin tried to replace the legs but it was unacceptable. They finally replaced the couch with a new one. Every thing was resolved satisfactorily. The problem was the delivery people. We would use them again.

Great price on two nice chairs. We picked up and assembled them ourselves; however, I have bought a number of other items from Levin over the past year, such as dining room furniture. Delivery was on time, and they were very careful and did a good job at set up. Most salespeople are helpful.

UPON ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE GREETED BY A SALESPERSON AND ENCOURAGED TO BEGIN LOOKING ON OUR OWN. AFTER DECIDING WE SEARCHED FOR A SALESPERSON AND FOUND OUT NO ONE COULD/WOULD ASSIST US EXCEPT THE INITIAL SALESPERSON. AFTER WAITING 30+ MINUTES WE ASKED FOR ANOTHER SALESPERSON, BUT NO ONE WOULD HELP US. WE WANTED TO MOVE A CHAIR FROM ONE SECTION OF THE STORE SO WE COULD SEE IF IT MATCHED THE SOFA WE WERE PURCHASING, THEY CALLED A STOCK PERSON TO ASSIST WITH THIS AND STILL WE WAITED. AFTER 1 HOUR I HAD TO LEAVE FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WAS PREPARED TO PURCHASE ON THAT DAY. FORTUNATELY FOR LEVIN I HAD MADE OTHER PURCHASES THERE AND DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. I RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER- I DECIDED TO GO ON A WEEK DAY THIS TIME, HOPING THE SERVICE WOULD BE BETTER AND IT WAS. WE PURCHASED OUR LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND ALSO A DRESSER. THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG DRESSER, BUT THE MANAGER CALLED TO APOLOGIZE AND QUICKLY FIXED THE PROBLEM.

On the third day of ownership I sat in the chaise for the first time for 20 minutes to watch TV. When I got up I noticed the leather was very wrinkled and out of shape indicating a low quality leather. (I weigh 150 pds.) I found that the manufacturer of the furniture was actually a large economy brand selling this piece under a different label. The following morning I looked at the chaise and found the leather was still out of shape and it looked awful. I called the store telling them I wanted to return the item due to low quality. According to their literature I was to be responsible for the item to be picked up. I paid $49.00 for delivery, but was told for the pick up I was going to have to pay $49.00 plus a 20% restocking fee. I argued that this was not in the literature given to me. I was told that their attorneys reviewed their literature and that they can charge whatever they want for pickup fees. I was charged $247.00 for an item I returned after 3 days. I was taken by Levin.

THE SHOWROOM IS HUGE, WITH A GOOD SELECTION. LEVIN HAS SOME OF THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN. THE SALESPEOPLE CAN BE A LITTLE PUSHY, BUT FAIRLY TYPICAL FOR A FURNITURE STORE. THE PIECES WERE DELIVERED PROMPTLY.
