We had to get the work redone 2 months later because it was done correctly and he did not use a good product.

Very anxious to get the job. Almost overeager. Great communication until money changed hands. Immediately cashed our deposit upon leaving our house and then cancelled our appointment to start work and wouldn't commit to rescheduling. We were aware he has a sick son, so we eventually told him his focus should be on that and with our time restraints we will seek someone else. Numerous calls, emails, and texts a month later to him and we are still getting nowhere with a refund on our deposit even when we offered to drive to him to get it.

Remodel of a spare room in the basement. Kris does very good work and is a bit of a perfectionist (not a bad thing). The room turned out great and we are very happy with it. He left everything tidy and was very detail orientated.

   He's  a meticulous worker. When he is done it is GREAT. He works alone so allow time. He calls ahead and communicates when it is necessary. You can't ask for better results.
 

The crew showed up on time was very respectful and polite.  The work was done over a 4 day period as agreed upon and at the end of each day all mess was cleaned up.We did have one unexpected issue which was not their fault and it was brought to my attention right away and I was given several options on which way to address the problem.  It did not affect the time of the job and the way I chose to go about fixing it the cost was only in the additional materials. I couldnt be more happy with the way this project turned out and i will absolutely use Kris and his Crew again for ANY other projects! They were prompt, polite and very professional!
