I have become very jaded over the years when it comes to dealing with suppliers and their promises. I've worked with Iso and Six Sigma certified suppliers as well as a host of international suppliers, making demands for quality and dedication. My supplier praises are generally few and most definitely "earned" when given. This was truly a most pleasurable experience! They have mastered the skill of project scheduling. I have worked in the manufacturing field for 35 years and have never been as impressed with the dedication, willingness to achieve and/or exceed goals, pride in workmanship, overall cooperation with a customer. We made great friends that we hope to keep for a lifetime. Keep up the exemplary work.

THEY HIRE CONTRACTORS, AND ACT AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. I'VE USED THEM FOR BOTH LARGE & SMALL PROJECTS, & APPRECIATE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM, SKILL, & WILLINGNESS TO DEAL WITH CONTRACTORS IN A WAY I COULD NOT..

THERE WERE CERTAIN ASPECT THAT WERE VERY GOOD AND CERTAIN ASPECTS THAT WERE NOT SO GOOD, THOUGH IT IS WORTH ANY AGGRAVATION THAT OCCURRED. THEY MADE A SINCERE EFFORT FOR ANY CORRECTIONS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY TRY THEIR HARDEST TO PLEASE YOU. THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGH ON PRICE, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT AND IF YOU WANT A JOB DONE RIGHT THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL.

WE CHOSE THE CONSTRUCTION TEAM TO DO THIS WORK BECAUSE AMONG SEVERAL COMPANIES THAT WE SPOKE WITH, THEY WERE THE MOST RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL DURING THE PROPOSAL PROCESS. THEY OBSERVED OUR BUDGET CONSTRAINTS AND HAVE DEMONSTRATED HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL CLEANLINESS DURING THE JOB. CHANGE ORDERS HAVE BEEN ONLY FOR ITEMS THAT WERE TRULY NOT POSSIBLE TO ANTICIPATE. THEY ARE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, BUT THE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE WORTH THE COST IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO OVERSEE EVERY DETAIL YOURSELF. THEY ARE ALSO PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND CLEARLY ENJOY WORKING WITH EACH OTHER.
