They do an excellent job. They are also proactive in suggesting solutions to make the landscape look better.

They have done an excellent job. It is easy to get a company to mow your lawn but it has been difficult for me to find one that will consistently maintain the garden beds, etc. Pattie Group has done an excellent job at both. After a walk through my yard with a garden manager, she made a list of things that I wanted done and it everything was done in a timely manner by their crews. My neighbors have commented on how much better my yard looks! I also like that they bill you in 8 monthly installments for whatever you want them to do. It is easier to pay the bills and I don't have to work about getting a drastically inflated bill for increased man hours for weeding for example.

I have hired The Pattie Group for their lawn and shrub service for the past four years. To call me "a plant nut" would be an understatement - I am very particular about my plants, lawn and trees. The consistent excellent service and quality the Pattie Group team provides is terrific!

Under my annual plant health care program, Pattie takes care of the complete care of all my trees and shrubs. On this occasion, I discovered that one of my prize evergreens was beginning to turn brown at the leader. From experience I know that this is often an indication of a problem. I emailed Rick from The Pattie Group sharing my concern and the next day, the specialist was at my home, caring for the problem. Immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

This is only the most recent example of this company's outstanding quality, responsiveness and service.

I highly recommend this company - and though their pricing is not the lowest, it is well worth the few extra dollars to care and protect my yard investment! Thank You Pattie Group!

They did an excellent job!  They were professional and they listened to what we wanted. Mike Cramer was great to work with. The work took about a day to complete.

The service went superb. They have excellent service, high quality and they are flexible. I feel their price is fair for the caliber of work that they do.

We investigated them a little bit for a job that we had and we felt that they were a little bit overpriced.  They were very nice, professional and also they're very good that I don't have any doubts with their job.

The work was performed over the course of several days. The workers were very professional and efficient. Immediately following the work, there was bad rain and flooding in the area that destroyed some of the work. They repaired it for a very discounted price, which was generous considering the man hours involved and the fact that the damage was not largely their fault (although one could argue that a more careful consideration of the landscaping design that they created could have predicted this outcome and lessened the damage). Overall, we are very pleased with their work - they are more expensive than other groups, but you get what you pay for.

We used the Pattie Group for our weekly lawn maintenance and fall cleanup.  We found them very expensive for the services they provided.  They never finished the fall cleanup, but threatened to send us to collections if we didn't pay the remaining balance.  They did offer to do a "free" spring cleanup- if we signed another contract for that year.

Let me say, we are not gardeners. We wanted to hire a company that would help us take care of the plants and shrubs and trees and lawn in the front yard. . So we thought - Yes, they do nice work; and Yes, they are overpriced. But we looked through the packages sent to us and decided to pay the money, thinking that we were getting help that would take away the need to micromanage the front yard. But ultimately, after spending a not-inconsiderable amount of money on a package, it felt like there were a million exclusions on the work they did. "Oh, we will not be trimming the bushes on THAT side of the house, it's not in the package, it'll cost you more." Oh, we wont do this. Oh, we didn't include that. And ultimately it felt like a game of nickel and dime the customer, and left us feeling like we'd spend a lot of money for minimal effort and even less return. We will not be using them again. Instead, we've chosen a much smaller landscape  group with a personal touch and personal culpability and responsibility.

They were excellent! They were on time and the were always at fertilization; they will give you a paper slip for what they've done and if you don't like it, you can call them and they'll come back and redo it.

I have used The Pattie Group for several years now and while they are'nt cheap the quality is extremely high and I constantly get favorable comments on my yard each year. Their work is top notch and they are very responsive if issues come up.

They are really easy to get a hold of, the work that they do is good, and everything is really organized. I think the price is on the expensive side, but I like what I am getting from them.

Their landscaping work did not last very long at all and wish we would have gotten the extended care package. At the beginning their work looked very good, it just didn't last very long.

What an outstanding experience!!! The Pattie Group was not the lowest priced bidder on the project, but then again, neither was the first company I hired. That was fine, because I wanted the best quality job and I understand that quality work often costs more. I met with Rick Huffman, Director of Landscape Management, for The Pattie Group - he thoroughly analyzed the lawn issues and created the action plan to correct the problems and deliver a beautiful lawn. The team met or exceeded every timeline, thoroughness and quality of work. In spite of the horribly rainy September, The Pattie Group worked diligently and incurred additional costs (due to the rain) to install the lawn - which they absorbed and did not charge me extra for.

It is now early November and my lawn is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The grass is beautifully green and very healthy looking. A number of my neighbors have sought me out to tell me how fabulous my lawn looks now. There is truly NO comparison between the work and work ethic of The Pattie Group and the first company I hired.
If you are looking for an extremely knowledgable company who knows lawns and landscaping, completely stands behind their work and are a true pleasure to work with, hire The Pattie Group!!! It was a true pleasure working with this company and trust them to take great care of my beautiful property and investment! I look forward to working with The Pattie Group for our snow removal this winter and for all of my future lawn and landscape work!!!

Working with Nick Marrali on the landscape design plan was great. The plan was very thorough and exactly what we wanted. He even interfaced with the developer to get the plan approved (we weren't on the greatest of terms with the developer at that time, so Nick doing this took a lot of worry off of our hands).
The crew that installed the lawn and the beds, trees, and shrubs were great to work with. My wife was home at the time and they were very receptive to her suggestions.
They've been very good about honoring their warranty and replacing plants that didn't make it during the first couple of years. Nick has checked in a couple of times without our prompting.
I did have two minor issues. One was that we specifically asked them to "de-rock" the lawn as best they could, but that effort was less than what we'd hoped. The second was that they cut the wire for our Invisible Fence and we had some difficulty getting them to respond to that issue. In the end, though, they did pay for the Invisible Fence folks to come out and repair the break.
Since the initial landscaping, we've used The Pattie Group to build some steps for our deck and some yard maintenance tasks (Spring clean-up and the like) and been very satisfied.

They are expensive and not very responsive. 

My driveway is very difficult to plow and I have had several previous companies perform unsatisfactory work; in two cases, my vehicle was stuck in the garage for a week. In others, I needed to use a shovel a lot after the plowing. With the Pattie Group, everything has gone well. They have plowed in a timely way and I never had any trouble getting in or out, even during the recent bad storms. They are charging more than previous contractors, but are well worth the difference.

We contacted Pattie Group for an estimate in October and got the estimate shortly after we contacted them. The weather was so nice that we just didn't follow up and Steve Bidgood did a good job of contacting us to follow up without being pushy at all. We had contacted another service that was unresponsive and unprofessional and decided to go with Pattie Group. He came out to install the stakes and my husband met him and signed up for services. We opted for the 25 visits and will add on if we get a lot more snow. My husband is a very particular with how he spends his money and is very happy with our choice. We live in Chagrin Falls and since we have received a very early snow dumping this winter we have seen that they have come a few times. Things are cleared out and we didn't even know they came except that our driveway is completely clear.

This was a very large project that took a month to complete, but it was one of the best experiences that I have ever had doing a landscaping project. They completely changed the look of our backyard, which now is a beautiful area to relax and enjoy. They listened to concerns we had with various aspects of the project and made adjustments as the project progressed. Their crew doing the work was one of the most professional I have ever encountered. They weren't loud, they didn't use profane language (which is often the case with other companies) and they were very respectful of our property and my family the entire time they were on sight. While they tend to be on the higher side in terms of price, the quality of their work is second to none! You do really get what you pay for, and I believe we got something very special in what they did for us. They also didn't nickel and dime us along the way for changes that were made in the project. I highly recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate using them again for other projects. In fact, I am having them do a smaller project in the backyard this year and will use them to redo the front of our property in the future. Do not let the prices discourage you, as you will get more than what you pay for in the quality of the work they do.

It is going well. The price for the snow plowing is good, and I will definitely continue to use them.
